It's summertime...and that means it is also swimsuit season! I don't know about you, but I relish the summer months, which so often seem to pass us by too quickly. That means that when the warm weather is here, we are out in the sunshine enjoying every minute of it! Since we live right next to a lake, and have 3 kids that love to swim, we are in the water nearly daily. For that exact reason, looking and feeling my best in a swimsuit is important to me, so I have always been one to seek out ways to help make that a reality. Naturally, eating well and getting enough exercise help, but childbirth, genetics, and gravity aren't always working in our favor. That is why I absolutely love this tip I share with you in this video, using one key essential oil* and your favorite carrier oil.
