Simple, Natural Ways to Stay Sun & Bug Free

It's summertime...and that means fun in the sun, lots of time outdoors, and vacations! Since this season seems to pass by too quickly, we always do our best to relish the summer months. That means that when the warm weather is here, we are out in the sunshine enjoying every minute of it! Since we live right next to a lake, and have 3 kids that love to swim, we are in the water nearly daily. That means sunscreen is a must have, every single day. And water means bugs, so bug spray is always close at hand, too. As a Mom, it is super important to me that I only use the safest, most natural, and most effective sun and bug products, too, as our bodies and children are way too important to use anything less. In this video, we share with you some of our favorite sunscreens and bug sprays that are not only effective, but also affordable and natural. Enjoy, and get in touch and let us know if you need help finding these products, and once you give them a try, how they work for you!

If you like to DIY, here's a simple recipe to make your own bug spray, and it works great. The bonus is that it is safe for kids & pets, too!
